Cost is $349 plus the state filing fee for your state.

Additional Services:

Registered Agent Fee - $125 per year.  The first 6 months are free if we are filing your company.  If you select this, you will be billed $62.50 for the first year and $125 annually thereafter.  Registered Agent only services are $125/year.  We are only registered agents for OK, NM, & TX Companies.
